You will need to repeat these steps on every new computer that you log into.

Follow these steps to add a TDSB networked printer to your computer:

  1. Double-click on the Agincourt Collegiate Institute Classroom Printers or Office Printers (staff only) icon on your desktop
  2. Double-click on the icon Printer.qds
  3. Double-click on the desired printer; use the location field if you do not know the printer number
  4. Wait until the printer is added as this step can take some time

 

Follow these steps if you want to set your recently added printer as your default printer:

  1. Type “printers” in the Start Menu and select the “Printers & scanners” option
  2. Single-click on your desired printer (blue icon) under the “Printers & scanner” heading
  3. Select the “Manage” option and then select the “Set as default” option
  4. All of your print jobs will now go to the selected default printer
