  • You may use your Office 365 Education account to install Office 2016 on up to 5 PCs or Macs

You must create an Office 365 Education account before software installation.

Creating an Office 365 Education Account

  1. Visit the Microsoft Office site here
  2. Enter your TDSB e-mail; your personal e-mail will not work
  3. Click the green “Get started” button
  4. Select the “I’m a student” option on the webpage to have a verification e-mail sent to you; this e-mail may take some time to be sent
  5. Click on the verification link in the e-mail and follow the included instructions to create your account and install Office 2016; do not forget your password

 Installing Office 2016 on Another Computer

  1. Login to Office 365 here on the computer you wish to install the software
  2. Select the “Install Office 2016” button and download the installation file
  3. Run the installation file
